The studio is ready upon your arrival with 3 cameras, 2 lights, and mics already positioned. We give you a 10-minute walkthrough of the equipment, then the space is all yours. What you get: Pre-set studio, quick orientation, full control. You handle: Operating equipment, monitoring audio, managing recording. This option does not include technical support.
Sit down and start recording! One technician monitors your audio, manages the cameras, and live edits your episode while you record. Leave with a polished video file plus all your raw footage. Uses our standard studio setup (no custom arrangements for furniture, lighting or camera angles). What you get: Technician operator, live-edited episode, all raw files. Parking is available in the garage beneath the building for $20-$30 for the day, as well as street parking near CVS (1212 S. Flower Street). For garage parking, park on the 4th floor near the blue elevators, take the elevators to the ground floor, and follow signs to the West Tower lobby. Concierge will direct you to the studio. The unit number will be provided upon booking.
Full payment is required to secure your booking. This payment is transferable if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment must be made 24 hours before your booking date.

Yes, all listed equipment is included in your hourly rate.
No, our team will have everything set up for you according to our standard configuration and video specifications prior to your arrival.
For all bookings, please bring your own storage: (3) 512GB Sandisk V30 SD cards if recording in 4K and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files. If live editing or recording in 1080p, please bring (1) 1TB SSD and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files.
Since you’ll be providing your own storage, your footage will be available immediately after the session—no waiting required!
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your booking will receive a full refund. Within 7 days, the payment becomes non-refundable, but you can reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are 100% non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Yes, furniture swaps are available with our Custom Production option!
Yes, high-speed WiFi is provided. You’ll receive the login details upon arrival.
Our studio accommodates equipment for up to 4 guests. You may bring up to 9 people, with additional fees applying for larger groups:
Yes, outside catering is welcome!
For bookings with more than 9 people, a cleaning fee of $125 will be added.
